I’m a professional chef who owned my own food delivery business in Mexico City for the 3 years of the pandemic ( I speak Spanish also!) and a graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. I have worked in a variety of food settings: from restaurant pop ups, food stands at music festivals, catering, meal prep and restaurant work. The variety of exposure to cooking in different settings has deepened my understanding of what makes an efficient kitchen using the resources at hand ( we don’t all have professional kitchens at home!)
